Hello Dear Reader, I’ve been internet-less for the past few days so I haven’t been able to post. 

Yes I can survive without technology for a 4 days, but I have to admit I do feel a little disconnected—unable to talk to the people I miss in the US. It is also weird not to have a cell phone the 3 weeks I’m here. When something funny happens, I find myself reaching into my pocket (to text someone) to find only a gum wrapper. 

I have found technology refuge in my uncle’s school, in one of the very few rooms that has AC. 

It is so nice to check all my emails and facebook messages (as my little and quite adorable 8 year old cousin plays some sort of shooting game on the computer). He really is just the cutest, and I find it hard to resist from leaning over the table and pinching both of his cheeks. Edison—what an old name for a young person.

I’ll do a proper update when I can!
